If you are unable to provide required information, we may not be able to make a recommendation.
Credit will be unsuitable if it is likely you could not repay without substantial hardship or if it does not meet your requirements and objectives.
Best Interests Duty
When providing credit assistance, we are obliged to act in your best interests. Recommendations will be documented, recorded, and explained to you.
Any actual, potential, or perceived conflicts of interest will be disclosed, and your interests will be prioritised at all times.
